Simple, healthy dessert cups requiring only five ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (or gluten-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in half of the raspberries.
  3. Spoon a layer of the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of two small serving cups or glasses.
  4. Layer half of the yogurt mixture over the crackers in each cup.
  5. Top with the remaining raspberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute strawberries for raspberries if desired.
  • For a lower sugar option, reduce the maple syrup to 2 tablespoons.
