5-Ingredient Smoothie Packs

Quick and healthy smoothie packs requiring only five main ingredients for easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder or 1 teaspoon honey (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the peeled, frozen banana if you froze it whole.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Use a tamper if your blender has one.
  4. If your blender motor is not strong, blend the milk and frozen berries first, then add the remaining ingredients.

Notes

  • Use your preferred dairy or non-dairy milk.
  • Almond, peanut butter, or powdered peanut butter work well. For a nut-free option, use sunflower seed butter or omit the butter.
  • Vanilla or chocolate protein powder works. If omitting protein powder, add a small squeeze of honey to enhance fruit flavor.
