A fast, healthy, and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe ready in 15 minutes with a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ยฝ tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • ยฝ tsp onion powder
  • ยผ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Rub this mixture over both sides of the fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
