Baked Cod with Lemon

A simple and healthy baked cod recipe with fresh lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cod.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Arrange lemon slices over the cod.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
