A simple recipe for tender and flavorful baked chicken breast with a balsamic glaze.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a drizzle of honey to the balsamic mixture for a sweeter glaze.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or rice.
