Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and thyme.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
