Boston Baked Cod

A simple and delicious baked cod recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and parsley over the cod.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  • You can add other seasonings like garlic powder or paprika.
