  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and chopped onion.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
