Cheesy Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the skillet.
  4. Cook until edges set, then gently lift edges and tilt skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over half of the omelette.
  6. Fold the other half over the cheese.
  7. Cook for another minute until cheese is melted.
  8. Slide onto a plate.
