Cheesy Ricotta Mozzarella Parmesan Lasagna

- 12 pieces lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups cooked ground beef or turkey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water, and lay flat on a towel to dry.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef or turkey with salt and pepper until browned. Drain fat. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, basil, parsley, ยฝ cup Parmesan, ยฝ cup mozzarella, ยฝ cup provolone, and goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer with 4 noodles, one-third of the ricotta mixture, one-third of the meat sauce, and a sprinkle of remaining cheeses. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

- Substitute ground turkey for beef to lower saturated fat.
