Chicken Caesar Wraps (15 Minutes)

Quick and easy chicken Caesar wraps ready in 15 minutes, perfect for a healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons in a large bowl. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side until pliable. Cover with a towel to keep warm.
  3. Place the filling in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold opposite sides of the tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Cut in half or serve whole immediately.

Notes

  • Serve these wraps the same day you make them.
  • You can use any type of cooked chicken.
  • You can warm the tortillas in the microwave instead of a skillet.
