A quick and easy recipe for creamy chicken ramen.

  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: green onions, soft-boiled egg, nori

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and shredded chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately, with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, use milk instead of cream.
  • Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
