1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Preheat your grill or oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. If baking, place skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for extra flavor and color.
Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
