Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee grounds and water in a large jar or pitcher. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
  3. Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth into another container. Discard the grounds.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup until well combined.
  5. Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cold brew over the ice, leaving some room at the top.
  6. Slowly pour the vanilla sweet cream over the back of a spoon onto the cold brew to create a layered effect.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust the amount of vanilla syrup to your sweetness preference.
  • You can store the cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator for up to a week.
