  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach and cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or onions if desired.
  • For a creamier texture, use whole milk cottage cheese.
