  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, celery, onion, dried cranberries, chicken broth, beaten egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
