2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons Green Onions (sliced)
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Heat over low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
Crack eggs into the hot skillet, ensuring space between them. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes, until whites are golden brown and crispy with runny yolks.
Transfer cooked eggs to a plate.
Drizzle the warm sauce over the fried eggs.
Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
