- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely grated
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tsp Italian dried herbs
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ small bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 400g pasta, cooked
- Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until softened.
- Stir in double cream and Italian herbs. Simmer gently.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add most of the chopped parsley and stir.
- Fold the sauce into cooked pasta. Serve immediately, garnished with remaining parsley if desired.
