Creamy Baileys Irish Cream Copycat at Home

A homemade version of the popular Irish cream liqueur, perfect for sipping or adding to coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules.
  2. If using, add almond extract.
  3. Blend on low speed until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour into a clean bottle or jar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use less heavy cream.
  • Adjust coffee flavor by adding more or less instant coffee granules.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
