Creamy One-Pot Beef Pasta with Garlic Butter

A quick and easy one-pot pasta dish with ground beef, garlic butter, and creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in beef broth and milk. Stir well.
  4. Add pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra richness, use heavy cream instead of milk.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
