Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender strip into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Dredge the egg-coated chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the chicken tenders.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, or ranch.
  • For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
