  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the honey garlic sauce and toss to coat.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  6. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Stir in sesame oil if using.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
