  • 5 skinless & boneless chicken thighs, dried with paper towel
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ยฝ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ยฝ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped dill for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF. Season chicken thighs with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken thighs for 2โ€“3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring, and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Add heavy whipping cream and stir. Mix in grated cheese and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30โ€“35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with dill and extra cheese if desired. Serve warm.
