Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
  6. Top with fresh dill and parsley sprigs.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • For crispier skin, you can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
  • Adjust herbs to your preference. Other good options include thyme or rosemary.
