4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165ยฐF internal temperature). Remove chicken from skillet.
Add chicken broth to the same skillet to deglaze. Stir in the butter mixture and cook until smooth.
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley before serving.

This recipe uses chicken breasts but can be adapted for chicken thighs.
