2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix (like Jiffy)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and honey until smooth.
Stir in cornbread mix, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared dish and smooth the top.
Bake 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
