  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix (like Jiffy)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix together corn, creamed corn, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and honey until smooth.

  • Stir in cornbread mix, salt, and pepper until just combined.

  • Pour batter into prepared dish and smooth the top.

  • Bake 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

 

  • Drizzle with extra honey before serving, if desired.
