Easy Parmesan Crusted Salmon

A simple and delicious Parmesan crusted salmon recipe that is quick enough for a weeknight dinner, making it a great alternative to takeout.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Press the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture evenly onto the top of the salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
