Garlic Butter Beef Bites

Tender beef bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef cubes and sear on all sides until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Return the beef to the skillet.
  8. Season with black pepper.
  9. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
  10. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve immediately for best results.
  • These bites are great as an appetizer or a main dish.
