  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Add chopped asparagus and cook for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.

  • Return chicken to the skillet and add the final tablespoon of butter and lemon juice.

 

  • Toss everything together, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
