Garlic Butter Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. While meatballs bake, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  9. Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet.
  10. Toss meatballs in the garlic butter sauce until coated.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve these meatballs as an appetizer or with pasta.
  • For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of heavy cream.
