Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let it brown.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Add butter and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir until the butter melts and forms a sauce.

  7. Divide the shrimp and sauce evenly into meal prep containers.

Notes

  • For best results, store the sauce separately if you plan to reheat the shrimp later, or reheat gently to avoid overcooking.
