30-Minute Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet

A quick and flavorful skillet dish featuring cauliflower, mushrooms, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Serve as a side dish or a light main course.
  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
