  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place chicken wings in a baking dish, sprinkle with spice mix, and toss to coat.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned wings.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. While wings bake, melt butter in a small pot over low heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and parsley to the butter, stirring until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  8. Remove wings from oven.
  9. Pour garlic butter mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy and browned.

Notes

  • Allow wings to cool slightly before serving.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Reheat in an oven to restore crispness.
