Goat Cheese & Honey Bites

Easy no-bake bites with goat cheese and honey.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and honey. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll the balls in the chopped parsley to coat.
  5. Place the bites on a plate and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding chopped pecans or slivered almonds instead of walnuts.
  • You can substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
  • These bites can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
