Simple Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the beef mixture.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
