Healthy Baked Chicken Breast

A simple and healthy recipe for baked chicken breast that is flavorful and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC) and the juices run clear.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
