  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder.
  2. Assemble your bowl by placing the cooked brown rice at the bottom.
  3. Top the rice with diced chicken, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
  4. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  • You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken.
