A simple recipe for making Baileys Irish Cream at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules if using.
  2. Blend on low speed until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a clean bottle or jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of cocoa powder.
  • Shake well before serving.
