Homemade Natural Mounjaro – A Summer Elixir Rooted in Simplicity

A refreshing, nutrient-packed summer drink designed to stabilize blood sugar, support hydration, and curb cravings naturally.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cold filtered water or coconut water

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ lime

¼ cucumber, thinly sliced

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

½ tbsp chia seeds

A pinch of Himalayan salt

(Optional) ½ tsp raw honey or monk fruit

Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Soak chia seeds in ¼ cup water for 10–15 minutes.

2. Juice the lemon and lime, slice cucumber, grate ginger.

3. Combine water, citrus juice, cucumber, vinegar, ginger, and salt in a jar.

4. Add soaked chia seeds and stir well.

5. Sweeten if desired with honey or monk fruit.

6. Serve over ice and chill for 5–30 minutes.

Notes

Use coconut water for added electrolytes.
