A simple recipe for roasted cauliflower with a sweet and savory honey curry glaze.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, curry powder, honey, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving, if desired.
