  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.
