4 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
6–8 fresh basil leaves, torn
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp raw honey
Optional: lime zest, pinch of salt
Wash and slice the peaches. Pat them dry.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey. Add torn basil leaves and let infuse for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all fruit. Drizzle with the honey-lime-basil dressing.
Gently toss to coat. Add optional lime zest and a pinch of salt.
Chill for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
