  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and coat with the honey mustard glaze.
  5. Bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 20โ€“25 minutes.
  6. Broil for 2โ€“3 minutes for a caramelized finish, if desired.
