  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
