  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let the shrimp marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more Sriracha sauce.
  • If you don’t have fresh ginger, you can substitute with 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
