Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A flavorful baked pasta with tender chicken, broccoli, and a rich garlic parmesan sauce, topped with melted cheese. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups garlic parmesan sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain it.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and broccoli florets. Cook until the chicken and broccoli are heated through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken and broccoli mixture, garlic parmesan sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier sauce, add a splash of milk or heavy cream when mixing the pasta ingredients.
