Make a creamy, classic iced white chocolate mocha at home using strong coffee or espresso.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 oz white chocolate mocha sauce
  • 6 oz 2% milk or dairy/nondairy alternative
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Put roughly chopped white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over medium-low heat until it just simmers.
  3. Pour milk mixture over white chocolate and let sit for one minute.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth to make the sauce.
  5. Pour sauce into a heat-proof jar and let cool before storing in the fridge.
  6. Add espresso, white chocolate mocha sauce, and milk to a large shaker filled with ice.
  7. Shake to combine the ingredients.
  8. Pour the drink into an ice-filled cup.
  9. Top with whipped cream and serve.

Notes

  • The white chocolate mocha sauce recipe makes enough for 4 grande drinks.
  • You can use full-fat sweetened condensed milk and skim milk instead of 2% milk for the sauce if fat-free is unavailable.
  • Use more espresso and less milk or sauce for a less sweet drink.
