Ingredients
Scale
2 pounds beef steak (Ribeye, NY Strip, or sirloin, diced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 large russet potatoes (diced)
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Olive oil
Seasoned salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, marinate the diced steak with soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon olive oil for 15-30 minutes.
Prepare the potatoes by washing, peeling, and dicing them into 1-inch pieces. Rinse and dry thoroughly before tossing with seasoned salt and another teaspoon of olive oil.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the seasoned potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak bites and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic before drizzling it over the cooked steak bites and potatoes.
Notes
This recipe is ideal for busy weeknights when you need a satisfying meal quickly.
Adjust the cooking time for the steak based on your preferred level of doneness.
