  • 2 pounds beef steak (Ribeye, NY Strip, or sirloin, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large russet potatoes (diced)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, marinate the diced steak with soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon olive oil for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the potatoes by washing, peeling, and dicing them into 1-inch pieces. Rinse and dry thoroughly before tossing with seasoned salt and another teaspoon of olive oil.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the seasoned potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak bites and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic before drizzling it over the cooked steak bites and potatoes.
