Italian Pasta Salad

A classic Italian pasta salad with a zesty vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute other pasta shapes like penne or farfalle.
  • Add your favorite Italian meats or cheeses.
