  • 1 box (3 oz) flavored Jello (any variety)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or vegetable shortening

(Optional: 1 tsp heavy cream for smoother texture, 1/8 tsp citric acid for tang)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the powdered sugar, cornstarch, and flavored Jello mix.

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt coconut oil or shortening until fully liquefied.

  3. Gradually stir in the dry mix until the texture becomes smooth and glossy.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for a few minutes.

  5. Pour or spoon the mixture into silicone molds, or spread on wax paper to cool.

  6. Let sit at room temperature until firm (15โ€“20 minutes).

  7. Use for dipping, drizzling, or mold into shapes.
